Now offering traditional locs services ( interlocking & Repair ONLY). My goal is to create and maintain micro-sized locks the correct and healthy way. I am aware of the new microlocks trends and scammers out here, therefore I am here to answer any questions or concerns you may have in these specialty locks. Cancellation Policy

Clients are sent out reminders and confirmation messages to advise whether or not they will make it to their upcoming appointment. Cards are required to book with me under NO exceptions. This is for my protection from unreliable clients. My system keeps client payment info private even from me. If you choose not to provide a card, you simply will not book. If you are 15 mins late without notifying me, you are a no show. A 40% cancellation fee will be automatically charged for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Reoccurrences of no-shows and cards with insufficient balances for collection of no-show fees will get you banned. If deposits for establishments are not made within 48 hours of your Sisterlocks/Brotherlocks consultation date, your follow up will be canceled. No spots are held. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and are transferable up to one time. Establishments/installs that were done during promotions or with discounts do not receive free reties. One-time free reties are only for clients who’ve paid full establishment price. Please be respectful & courteous to my business and fellow clients. Clients arriving to their appointment with offensive odors (including that of marijuana) will be asked to reschedule. I WILL NOT RESPOND TO BUSINESS INQUIRIES BEFORE & AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. I deserve the right to my personal time, I ask that all clients respect that. Thank you.
